The office looks after it
Services from the office
- Gas - 48 kg and 9 kg bottles. Bring your empty bottle and pay for the gas only; without one, a bottle deposit is added (refunded when the bottle comes back).
- House cleaning - a full clean (a day) or a simple clean. Book a day with the office.
- Boat cleaning - book a day with the office.
Everything goes on your unit's levy account and appears on the next levy invoice. There is no cash or card payment at the office.
Building and alterations
Plans for new building work or alterations are asked for on the owners' pages, with the drawings; the trustees decide and the decision letter comes back the same way.
Rules and forms
Port o' Call is a leisure estate: permanent residence is not allowed. The conduct rules, building guidelines and forms are on the owners' pages.
