How it is run
Port o' Call began as a share block company (Port o' Call Share Block Limited, 1985/002519/06) with 332 stands. Since 2008 the stands have been converting one by one to sectional title, in the sectional title scheme SS 165/2008 (Port o' Call Body Corporate). The estate is run as one: the share block's directors are the body corporate's trustees, with an onsite office for the day-to-day.
Owners find the estate's documents - financial statements, minutes and the rules - on the owners' pages.
